I have been using EZDrummer 2 along with a midi drum set to track drums for a couple songs since I currently only have a Focusrite 2i2 and don’t have the privilege to have an actual drum set to record but I am having a very hard time getting my drum tracks to have separation and sound powerful. Specifically the kick feels very weak and the hat and ride are almost inaudible even with cutting out lots of treble in the other instruments. I don’t know if it’s how I’m mixing it or if it’s the samples but I’m guessing it’s just my inexperience. If anyone has any advice on getting good sounds out of the program, it would be greatly appreciated
