Sorry if this has been covered before, but I did not find a thread on this topic. (no search function) I absolutely love EZD2. It is leaps and bounds easier, better sounding and intuitive than any drum machine. However, it is a PITA to tap out grooves (in tap search, and writing drum parts) with only a mouse. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking this way. It would be much easier and way more natural feeling using two hands on a keyboard.
I know a midi keyboard can trigger it, and I can use qwerty within my DAW (Reaper) if virtual keyboard is open, on top and highlighted. The only inconvenience is, when you do anything within EZD, you always have to highlight the virtual keyboard.
Hi,
there is currently no way to use the QWERTY keyboard to trigger EZdrummer 2 in standalone, unless you find 3rd party software that does this but solutions differ between OS’es.
BTW, the site Search is at the top of the site window.

John
