I did the workaround install of SD3 on my new iMac with Catalina 10.15.2 and all is working well with one exception.. while recording with the drums via usb into Logic sometimes the crash cymbal chokes will be on the recording and sometimes they won’t. I used the DM10 mapping, the odd thing is when you choke the cymbals you can hear it working thru SD3 while playing but it won’t play back the chokes after the track is recorded.. SOMETIMES. I did a track yesterday and it worked fine on playback but today I recorded a new song and the chokes won’t play back. It’s as if they didn’t get recorded to the midi track even tho you could hear it working during the recording of the track. Also, even on the track where they are working I can find no midi notes to indicate the chokes. Is there something I’m overlooking or maybe some compatibility glitch between SD3 and Catalina or maybe even an issue between Catalina and Logic? Everything else seems to be fine.. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
