    Hi,

something seems messed up with your installation; I assume that is your Grooves Browser?

With a correct installation, all SDX Grooves are listed under ‘Superior Libraries’, separate MIDI Packs under ‘Add-On Packs’, all EZX’s under ‘EZX Libraries’ (with all names starting with ‘EZX ‘), etc. I *think* your ‘Evil Drums’ entry should be listed under ‘Platinum Samples’.

Normally I would start with telling you to rebuild your MIDI Database but I suspect that this has to do with the names of your folders. Have you performed any manual editing of the MIDI folders? Do you have a Custom installation? Which OS are you on?

woun’nt be better if in the browser “the names ” of the Sound Libraries could

all start with EZx at the start and all SDX at the start for better organizing.. and easier finding them? ..

some start.. with EZdrummer 2.. then the name..

some has EZX in the end.. .?..

    some just say.. Death.

some EZX has no EZX name on them.. in the start or in the end.. just says.. “Indie Folk 3Mix” for example

this is kind of a mess..

I think it would be better.. to see.. all SDX at the start.. then the name of the library

and the same for EZx libraries..  Ezx at the start then the name of the EZx Library ,,..

    just an idea.. small details.

Do you have multiple Toontrack accounts? I don’t see any of those products registered to your account.

No… it wouldn’t. It would cause eye leading away from the actual name as it is doing in @John’s post above. This is already a huge source of frustration when picking out a groove, and a hit to productivity. Last thing I want is that when selecting a drum library.

I think we’re all intelligent enough to know which library is an SDX and which is not.
