invalid serial number & ezmix2

    So, you have account #1 with only EZmix stuff and account #2 has EZdrummer stuff? And you are trying to authorize your EZmix pack in account #2 now?

    I guess my suggestion is to authorize the EZmix pack to account #1 that has the base EZmix2 product. Or contact Toontrack Support and have them merge your 2 accounts so this won’t happen.

    yes one account has drums and midi packs, the other guitar packs and mastering effects,

    i have tried authorizing and registering the same product to the first account, but i says its registered to another account.

    how can i merge the 2 accounts then?

    both have authorized logged pc id details in both accounts for the 2 systems
