EZplayer Pro installed but somehow not available

  Hi

  The EZ Product Manager says EZplayer Pro is up-to-date and “ready to use” and it’s listed in the Control Panel.  But it’s not listed in the Start Menu list of installed programmes.  So I can’t find a way to use it any more.

  I’m on Windows 10 and have the 64bit version installed.

  Can somebody help please?
