I’m having a heck of a time authorizing the 2 latest programs I’ve purchased with the Product Manager (I downloaded the latest version). I’ve attached the errors I’m getting. I was able to update my other programs just fine. I’ve also tried authorizing through the web version but it won’t recognize my PC. Nightmare! Please help. Thanks, Bernie C
Hi,
The screenshot shows an installation problem and not an authorization problem. The String Machine installer requires you to be logged on in Windows as an administrator user. Maybe you have solved it already because I see in the log that you have successfully authorized it through Product Manager (which means it is installed).
