Hi.
I’m running Mojave 10.14.1.
I upgraded to Superior Drummer 3.0, and installed almost all the libraries, the “bleed” one is pending.
Whenever I click the Product Manager icon, to start it, it jumps for a minute, then nothing happens.
I do not get an error. The product manager does not appear among the running applications. However, I can see it in the “force quit applications” dialog.
Please advise.
Cheers.
Try restarting the computer. If it still doesn’t work, please start Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor, double-click the Product Manager process, click Sample, then the Save button and attach the saved file here so I can try to find out why it is frozen.

Thanks. Unfortunately that did not give much. Have you tried reinstalling Product Manager?

By the way, to install the Bleed part, you can go to the downloaded SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part5 folder (by default in user > Downloads > Toontrack) and start Sound Installer.

Yes, that is something I tried before posting here.

I did install it, but in a different way.
I tried running Product Manager after booting into safe mode, and it works there. Back into “regular” mode, it again refuses to start.
