    Thanks! I was looking for this link but apparently I wasn’t looking long enough. I figured I’d post on here instead.

    I have bought 2 packs, have the receipt in my email but no products show up.
    When I downloaded product manager, it autofilled my other email and now every time I reinstall the product manager, it uses the wrong email.
    Contacted support, but it will take ages for them to reply!
