For whatever reason, it appears that I have two usernames for logging in to ToonTrack. This created a problem for me when I mistakenly purchased additional products under the incorrect username (the other username contains all of my purchases) as a result, not all of my purchases are located under my main account and am having a difficult time locating and accessing the newly purchased products. I think the simplest solution would be to transfer the recently purchased products to the account that contains all of my other products.
Is there a way to do this?

I have bought 2 packs, have the receipt in my email but no products show up.
When I downloaded product manager, it autofilled my other email and now every time I reinstall the product manager, it uses the wrong email.
Contacted support, but it will take ages for them to reply!
