Hi I am running a Mac running OS 10.13.6 High Sierra and your Product Manager does not work?
I’m ready to buy an upgrade to my Superior Drummer, but seems impossible without the Product Manager working.
Im confused why it says Plug-in Alliance, I thought they were a totally different company?
So do I log in with my Superior drummer (Toontrack) password or my Plug-in Alliance pass word…very confused?
Have you downloaded the Product Manager from our site? Just wanted to make sure you haven’t downloaded the wrong product.
We have no affiliations with Plug-in Alliance, so the password you should use is the one that is set up for your Toontrack account.

Just don’t enter your Toontrack account details in an application where it says Plug-in Alliance because that can’t be the Toontrack Product Manager.
