I’m very close to pulling the trigger on upgrading from SD 2 to 3.. The only thing that is stopping me is that 3 seems to make ezdrummer obsolete, as the new groove/song building section is essentially everything ezdrummer offers.. Its tracking section has already replaced my Stephen slate drum replacing vst, although there are still may samples within it that may be useful..
Should i bother upgrading? Seems to me the only thing I’ll gain is a bigger sample library, and a combination of 3 awesome vsts into one, at the cost of making two other once very usable stand alone vsts obsolete..
