Okay. Either the default download location can’t be accessed or some folders can’t be created within ~/Library/Application Support. To check what is wrong, please open Applications > Utilities > Terminal, then copy/paste the following lines there, all at once:

    ls -leOd ~/Library/Application\ Support
    ls -leOd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Toontrack
    ls -aleO ~/Library/Application\ Support/Toontrack/Product\ Manager
    ls -leOd ~/Downloads ~/Downloads/Toontrack
    echo

Then select all text in the Terminal window (cmd-A), copy it (cmd-C) and paste it in your reply.

It seems that the Product Manager was not able to create a Toontrack folder in Downloads. However, the permissions seem to be okay there. Please try to create the folder manually, that is, “Mac HD > Users > vaughnwedlake > Downloads > Toontrack”. Then see if you can start Product Manager.
