Hello!
Did a Google search but couldn’t find any fully relevant information and therefore I will ask you a couple of questions (would be nice to be able to search within these forums btw).
I recently bought SD3 and a number of SDX:s and midi packs. Since I’ve just now decided to re-install my Mac OS and also install Windows on my Macbook and run my new DAW from Windows, what do I need to do in order for everything to be done correctly? As it is, I have all library content, including that of the SDX’s installed on a separate HDD. I’ve installed the Mac versions of everything, of course. Will these SDX:s work as they are when I’ve finished installing Windows on the Macbook? Or do I need to install PC versions instead and re-install everything? And in that case, do I have to download all my library content, including the SDX content in order to uninstall everything first? Given the size of all these files (+400GB), that would be a hefty solution.
Hope these questions could be answered fairly quickly. Thank you!

Hi,
sound libraries (SDX:s) do not need to be re-installed. Just install the plug-in and standalone and point to the external hard drive.
The MIDI packs are installed to your system drive, so they need to be re-installed – unless you have performed a Custom installation of your Toontrack EZX/MIDI repository. But if you have, you should be familiar with how to do that.
