As this is an offer from Guitar Center, they are the ones responsible and they are the ones that should make sure that you get your free expansion pack. So, go back to your dealer, explain this and do not leave without an additional serial (or box) or information on how to retrieve your free expansion pack. If they are telling you that you will get it from us, they are misinformed. Toontrack are not involved directly in this offer.
