the .dfh files are for Superior 1.
Things work in a totally different manner with Superior 2.0 and there has been a lot of discussion on the Forum regarding e-drum settings and what lies in development.
The closest thing to the old presets can be found here:

Most of the info in the e-drum guide for Superior 1, which you can download when logged in to your Toontrack account, applies for Superior 2.0 as well.
