Need help: Sound card / Audio Interface Recommendation

  Hello,
  I need some help buying an audio interface. Hope you guys can help. Here is my problem:

  I’m currently using a Roland TD 1KV to trigger sounds on Superior Drummer. While I have a pretty good laptop with high end specs I am using the ASIO4All driver w/ my inbuilt sound card and there is about a 1-2 second delay in the triggered sounds, which really destroys the drumming experience. Can you recommend an audio interface for <100 $ (or hopefully <50$) that will reduce the latency? I don't need a very high end one, just one that smoothens the drumming experience with an unnoticeable delay in triggering.

  I’m a complete beginner to this stuff and have no idea which audio interface I should buuy. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank you! 😀
