Hi,
I purchased this EZ Drummer bundle in 2014, it included about 12 different editions, so it was quite a complete one. It actually took me ages to register all serial numbers on my account but I did it, as I thought it would be safe there in case something happened to the physical one. Now, I’ve moved countries twice, and complete lost track of where the DVDs are, login to my account and everything is gone!
How is this possible?? Can anyone help?
Do you have more than one account? Did you log into the account that you registered your products to?

Only this account im afraid. I was thinking maybe Toontrack updated the system and old accounts lost their serial numbers? The system looks completely different now.
Update: This https://www.musicstore.de/en_GB/GBP/Toontrack-EZdrummer-Line-Collection-/art-PCM0011590-000 was the EzDrummer bundle I bought at the time, if it helps at all?
Hi, you need to contact Toontrack Support directly by visiting one of the FAQ:s and clicking the ‘Contact Support’ button.

You will most likely have to provide some kind of proof of purchase; email/pdf receipt or at least one of the serial numbers you registered.
If you have a computer where the software is installed and Authorised, it should be possible to locate.
I found records of 3 Susana Santos in the database but no products registered.
