first of all, it depends on which Preset you are loading, whether the Tom microphones are group bussed to a Stereo Bus or not.
Second, since it’s just a matter of bussing, you can decide to route the Tom faders to separate plugin outputs if you want to.
Exactly how you get a Tom microphone into a mixer channel in your DAW, depends on which DAW you’re using but there are videos over at the Toontrack YouTube channel on routing and using busses and I’m sure there are several videos on YouTube covering how to do it in your DAW.
