Toontrack never comments on future releases or what instruments will or won’t be included in them but they do take notes on any and all feedback and requests.
Just want to add my 2 cents worth – I think Rototoms would be an excellent addition to SD3 (or even just as an EZX), such an iconic sound. Will download the Royotoms instrument from http://www.alanvista.com/royotoms/ as an alternative, might try loading the samples into SD3 as custom drums.
