you need space for both downloading and installing. If you are installing to the same drive you have downloaded the library, you will need more space than just for the library.
What I’ve done is purchase an External Harddrive (I bought the LaCie) and store your libraries there to save on your MAC Harddrive. It needs to be connected until you transform your MIDI to Audio Tracks but so far, it’s worked fine.
