Toontrack Product Manager won’t download some of my products

    Hi,

    I see you are having problems with TT206_EZdrummer2_Core_Libs_Update_WIN_111.zip and TT322_EZX_Post-Rock_WIN_100.zip. Please try this:
    1. Pause the downloads.
    2. Go to your download folder, rename TT206_EZdrummer2_Core_Libs_Update_WIN_111.zip.incomplete to BAD_TT206_EZdrummer2_Core_Libs_Update_WIN_111.zip.incomplete and rename TT322_EZX_Post-Rock_WIN_100.zip.incomplete to BAD_TT322_EZX_Post-Rock_WIN_100.zip.incomplete
    3. Duplicate the two files (select them and press ctrl-c and ctrl-v) and rename the NEW COPIES to TT206_EZdrummer2_Core_Libs_Update_WIN_111.zip.incomplete and TT322_EZX_Post-Rock_WIN_100.zip.incomplete
    4. Resume the downloads.

    Actually in the meantime I had to reinstall Windows once again. So I restarted it all from scratch and I have the same problem again, except I only tried EZdrummer2 for now. So I tried what you suggested (renamed, copied and renamed the duplicate) but after resuming the download it is still doing exactly the same thing.

    What if you download the file from the website? (MY ACCOUNT > MY PRODUCTS > use web version > …) Can you then unzip it without errors?

    I checked the web version and it was saying that I have already downloaded EZ drummer 2, which wasn’t the case.

    Anyway, I didn’t have to try this because after several attempts yesterday and today it finally worked.
