I use EZDrummer 2 and I like assigning separate tracks and also use multiple kits in the same song. I am a Pro Tools user.
Something that has always been in the back of my mind concerns the Peak/Delay and Headroom indicators on individual tracks. If that field is completely blank, doesn’t that mean that there is no signal at all (and that the track isn’t being used)?
The reason I ask is that it can confusing at times, if, for example you have an EZD track assigned to an individual track in your DAW and it actually isn’t being used. Ideally I’d like to deactivate and hide these tracks in my DAW. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell for sure.
Wondering if anyone else ever runs into this.
