I recently grabbed EZdrummer and a few add ons for my computer but low and behold my crapbox machine has issues with it. Latency when it is run into my DAW is awful and its unusable to me currently. I tried for over a week to make things function (added more ram as well to my computer) and had no luck. But seriously they cannot offer a refund of the product now?
Thats kind of a crap way to run a business if you ask me. There was no way of knowing it would not work before hand and then i was basically told that i’m shit out of luck. Has anyone else had this issue? Seriously i’m not pleased with toontrack now…
Which DAW are you using? Is there a low latency mode. Check your buffer settings as well.
What processor class is your host? How much RAM? Which OS (version level)?
