Hi.
I’ve bought,downloaded and installed Superior Drummer 3.
I downloaded and installed library parts 1 and 2. I had intermittent network connection issues during the library parts 1 & 2 downloads over an 8hr period but it didn’t affect the installs.
I then downloaded Library Part 3. I was away from my mac for most of the download, but it appeared to have downloaded without interruption. It seems the majority of the download is complete {judging by the data count in the PM’s window} but I have this message in the PM’s downloads window;
Download of “Superior Drummer Library Part 3” has stopped. Decompression failed. Some files could not be extracted.
It seems I’m unable to resume the download by pressing the Download buttons in the PM window. The failed download (highlighted by red background) flickers once then remains unchanged.
Do I really have to delete this download manually and re-download or is there something else I can do?
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi, I see that some files are missing in the download folder. Please click “Show Details” for part 3, open the small menu to the right and select “Verify/Download Again.”

Thank you Olof. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling before I read your response. The reinstall worked fine. I guess a little patience helps when using a second rate network to download large files. We only have fiber optics to the node in this area (then pushed through 50 year old copper wires to the premises). It’s what happens when a country votes for a change of government during a major federal infrastructure project. But now I can forget all that when I’m recording my drum parts with an amazingly fantastic Superior Drummer!!!
