Superior 3 – Support forum is not available…?

Hi there at Toontrack
Unfortunately I have some issues with my new SD3. The program often crashes and the performance of the GUI with my iMAC i7 – 24Gb RAM is not good.
I just wanted to leave a request in the support forum but there is no SD3 support forum in place, only the presales forum is available.
Is there another way to get help on my issues?

Hey Hartmut,

It looks like you have the same problem as I do. There is a SD3 support forum, but for some reason the forum cannot recognize that I am a registered owner of the product. I hope we can get this resolved.
