Hey, I’ve upgraded from SD2 to SD3 and I initially installed the basic sounds which was about 50gb on my hard drive in my laptop. However the total size of all the sounds is around 250gb. I have an external drive, which is where I record and stream my audio from that has enough space for the total 250gb’s. Can I uninstall the basic sounds from my drive in my Mac and reinstall on my external drive and then install all remaining parts? If so, I am unsure how to uninstall the basic sounds or where to even find them on my Mac…
Any help greatly appreciated.
Shutdown SD3 and PM. Move the folder SL-SuperiorDrummer3 from it’s current location to a location on your external disk. Start SD3, go to Settings > Libraries find the SD3 library, Edit Path and navigate to the folder where you put the library. I believe further installs of the additional library files should find their way to the folder on the external drive.
Hope this helps.
