VSTs are a brand new endeavour in the E-Drum world so excuse my ignorance. Having watched and listened to a number of EZ/Superior Drummer demos the one that reeled me into a purchase was Sweetwater’s E-drum demo where Nick more or less stated how easy it was to “jump in and start playing” That says to me, more or less Plug & Play is a possibility. Am I wrong are the presets only the Manufacture and the Model is up to you to set up in a user preset? I realise Superior Drummer 3 is a large jump for me and that I am only interested in playing the sounds but $530.00 compared to $3500.00 for the Pearl Mimic this purchase was a no brainer to me. I own a Roland TD-15 with i5 3570 16 Gigabytes of Ram with a USB cable and cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the module and Superior work properly. Any one guide me in from the start to accomplish this so I can start enjoying the glorious drum sounds of SD3.
