I wonder if I can “speed up” the process of installing SD3 library on 2 computers. With Product Manager I downloaded all 240GB to my main computer. Then I installed all the packages 1 by 1. Now as I have the full library installed once, I wonder if I can take THAT folder and copy to my Laptop (on external drive), install just the plugin.dmg and MIDI files – authorize the plugin and tell later the plugin where the library is located.
Is this procedure recognized by the Product Manager to display that all components are installed OK or will it still try to download and install all components (again and again)?
