    I also, purchased I purchased EZ Drummer today. Likewise I received the email with the purchase receipt, and order number, but I never received a serial key, and have no purchased products in my Product Manger app. Can anyone help?. Who do I contact?

    Hi,

    you should now have received a copy of the invoice with the serial in your email.

    IT JUST HAPPENed the same thing to me. I just bought a bundle of 6midi packs and got the receit but never got the serial keys for them. HELP NEEDED

    Same thing happened to me. Hey Toontrack, looks like this is a common issue that you need to fix asap. What are we supposed to do here??
