Guys, I moved a load of my presets, songs and samples for more orderly storage and scanning etc. Unfortunately EZ Drummer has stopped working in the process. ..
The way I discovered this is I have a track with EZdrummer 2 on it and I went to edit the track. As soon as I did so I got a banner saying “EZdrummer is not authorized to run on this computer!”. The banner then gives me instructions about how to authorize it (again).
The thing is, I *could* follow those instructions, but (i) it was authorized already and I have somehow messed it up so I would like to recover the thing the right
way and (ii) if I reauthorize, I worry the authorisation database held by Toontrack might freak out and mess me up even more.
I also have Superior Drummer 2.0 and that is working fine…
Regards
Adrian
Hi,
if Superior 2 is still running on its Authorisation, you should be able to just run the Auth process again, since the computer will use the same Auth code as previously issued.
If nothing changed hardware or configuration wise it’s the same.

Adrian, I suspect it is an older version of EZdrummer that opens for you, EZdrummer 1 even, so check the plug-in search paths in the host.
