Can anyone tell why I can not get help in loading Superior Drummer 2 in to my computer, I have discs and I do not get any file, it just stops about 3 mins into the first disc.
has anyone had any problems with this program?
I have asked for help from toontrack, but that was a waste of time.

I recommend Product Manager and download the sounds and install them through that instead of the dvd installer.

The error could be caused by an old sounds installer on a newer OS.

1. Download the SDX_DVD_Installer_ WIN or MAC sounds installer from the downloads section of your Toontrack.com account (Click My account > My Products > the Specific SDX > Updates > sounds installer revision).

2. Insert DVD 1 of the SDX dvd’s (but do not double click on the dvd to see the contents)

3. Open the downloaded SDX_DVD_installer and place the “Sound installer for DVD” on the desktop. (make sure that there are NO other downloaded disc images on the desktop)

4. Run the sounds installer to completion, inserting new discs as it asks for them.

5. Restart the computer
