EZDrummer 2 – Is it possible to trigger start/stop playback of song

Hi,

I’d like to be able to start and stop playback of songs I build in EZDrummer 2 via midi notes (I’m running EZDrummer 2 in Cantabile). I’m not having any luck finding information on how to do this, does anyone know if there is a way to trigger playback/stop playback via midi? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I’m not familiar with Cantabile but in Standalone, you just right-click the Play button and ‘MIDI Learn’, then touch your controller.
If you’re using the plugin in a host, then enable ‘Follow Host’ and trigger the host’s play transport.
