Hello Support,
I have 2 computers, one at home with a fast internet connection, one in my rehearsal room with a very, very slow internet connection (tethering with my mobile phone).
It would take weeks to complete download, my mobile provider is throtteling speed after 2 GB/month….
Lets call my home computer A and my rehearsal room computer B. I have installed product manager on both. Both have Win 10
On computer A, i’ve downloaded some products and moved them via USB drive to the rehearsal computer B. I’ve set all paths correctly.
Unfortunately, product manager on computer B doesn’t show the downloads. I’m sure its just an ini file or registry adjustment.
What can I do, to install and register SD on computer B?
I’m desperate and hope you can help?

Hi,
if you e.g. have put your downloaded files from computer A in a ‘DownloadsToontrack’ folder on computer B, it should jut be a matter of ‘Reset’ting and pointing to this location in the Preferences on computer B.
If you ‘Show Downloads’, do they appear?

that’s exactly what I have done. But computer B is not showing the downloads…

If you click ‘download’ in Product Manager on computer B for those downloads that you have moved there, it will see that they are already in the download folder. It will just verify them and then you can install.
