    Most likely is that you need to run the EZdrummer 2.1.4 updater again even if you’ve already installed it – assuming that you are using a Mac and are talking about installation of an EZX.

    I’m confused.

    You said that when you try to install, you get the error “You need to upgrade your Toontrack software to the latest version before you can install this product”. But then you say that ‘all updates are done’

    How can you have done all updates but get an error message when you haven’t installed anything yet?

    Do you have a demo installed? For what product are you getting the error for?

    You can log into your Toontrack account and download Product Manager. With Product Manager you can download and install any and all updates.

    Having said that, I see from looking at your account that you don’t have EZD2 registered to your account. EZD2 (or S2) is required to run any EZX. That is why you are getting an error message when you try to instead the expansion. You need the full product (EZD2 or S2) installed before using an expansion pack.
