The latest version of EZmix2 is 2.1.1. Are you confusing your EZD2 software with EZmix2? They are two separate products. I don’t see that you have EZmix2 registered to your account.

EZmix packs only work with the EZmix2 product. They cannot be used with EZD2 or any other product.
