No Products within Product Manager?

Hi Guys,

Bought Ex Drummer 2 yesterday.
Registered an account with toontrack.com after purchasing Ez Drummer 2 and then downloaded the Product Manager.

When I log into the Product Manager there are no products available to download and or register?
Its the same story with the web version of the product manager.

Any help would be great as I feel like I just wasted 140 Euro’s!!

Did you register your EZD2 serial to your account? You should have got an email confirmation of your order that included your product serial number.

Hi Scott,

Really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly!
Mate I feel like the biggest noob, I did get the email – I just didn’t scroll all the way down to the bottom of the email where the serial number is located.

I am downloading the content now and it all looks good…

If I have any trouble authorising I’ll get in touch – but having been through your FAQ’s all morning looking for where the “serial number” would be located the authorization topic is covered in great detail so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Again Scott thanks for the help, appreciate it.
