SD2 Setting a secondary snare pad for brushes only

Using the alesis dm8 pro nylon head I have not been able to trigger brushes swipes and swirls. I was wondering if there would be a way in SD2 to set up an Xdrum pad for a snare to be automatically plaid with brush, without having to change the whole tools settings to brushes?

Hi,

it is possible to add an X-drum and select a library with brushes and set tool separately. You will have to give this X-drum and its articulations separate MIDI notes and set up those trigger notes in your module.
