I tried install product manager and that’s message I get.There is nothing else running. I’m on windows 10. Thanks

It’s almost certainly a Windows automatic update being rolled in in the background. Wait, restart… it should work.

Yup!!!! worked perfect after restarting. Thank you….and byw a great tool to make life easier. So handy. I installed all my products on a new laptop and it was EASY!!!!! Toontrack does it again!
