I am a newbie. Bought EZD2. using an iMac 8GB. I’ve registered and downloaded using Product Manager and tried to install but there is no response. I log out login and click my products and I get Product Manager not EZD2. There must be a better way. How long have these people been doing this ? is there something wrong with their systems ? Or am I expecting too much ? ?
Let’s see. According to your download history you’ve downloaded Product Manager as well as EZD2 and all of its updates. Is Product Manager indicating that you need to authorize EZD2? Can you post a screen shot of your Product Manager EZD2 page?
