Just tried to download my bought Midi Pack (in the bundle with EZdrummer) and I get this error message after clicking on the downloadlink:

What should I do? Sorry for posting it here – didnt know where else to put.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can contact Toontrack directly via the FAQ.

Hi friends. This is a problem with Chrome. I get the File ID error with Chrome, but not with Edge (Win 10). Chrome has been my go-to browser for a long time. There have been several problems such as this with it lately.

Hi, there is no button to get in contact, although they say, there would be one after selecting an item. definitely there is no possibility to email or call them!

If you go there and select a product you have a question about, say, EZD2 for example, you them can look through the FAQ. If you don’t see a FAQ that applies to your situation, there is this FAQ:
http://www.toontrack.com/faq/my-issue-is-not-covered-in-this-faq-what-next/
At the bottom is a Contact Support button that allows to you to fill out a web form and send a support ticket directly to Toontrack Support.
The reason there is a FAQ section and not just am an email address is that Toontrack wants customers to look for answers to common questions before contacting support immediately first to answer simple question. Then, if there is no help via the FAQ section, you can contact support.
