Yes. You can create your own drumtracks.

can I only use the tap to find, and use the presets?

Yes. You can use the pre-made MIDI grooves,
choosing them from the groove browser tab,
or searching for them on the Search tab – using filters and/or Tap2Find.

Great. Hate to ask how to, wish there was a manual that explained how. Thank you

You can use a MIDI keyboard and manually ‘play’ in your own patterns. Or, you can tap them in using something like a Korg PadKontrol. Or, you can use a full e-drum kit. Or, you can use the MIDI editor in your DAW and draw in each hit by hand.

Or, you can manipulate the premade Toontrack MIDI in your DAW or using the Edit Play Style in EZD2 or some combination of both. You can combine, say, just the kick pattern from one groove and use the snare pattern from another to make your own groove.

There are a lot of ways to do it.
