Hi-Hat issue using a Roland TD-30 with EZDrummer 2

  I have a Roland TD-30. Everything works with the EZDrummer 2 except the Hi-Hat. I cannot get closed or open hat sounds. I have tried all the Pedal Correction Curves with no change in the outcome. Anyone has any clues?
