Hi guys,
I’ve had a google on this but I can’t seem to see many clear answers for this but Im assuming its an easy one.
I’ve got SD2 and also the Metal Foundary kit. Whenever I change anything like the Snare or Toms for example to anything other than the default item, I get a red exclamation mark. When I click on the red exclamation mark it says “Not Loaded” at the bottom left.
I’ve attached screenshots of what I can see and also the settings to the sound banks but I’ve got no idea why they aren’t working. I installed SD2 then updated it via the TT website then did exactly the same with the Metal Foundary.
Also, when I go to the Combined Preset option at the top, I don’t seem to see any presets (compared to YouTubers I’ve watched using the Metal Foundry having a load of presets in there)
Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is that you haven’t installed from the DVDs.

Thanks Mark. Its a bit annoying I can’t just download it from the site but installing it all again from disk got them working.

So, products installed via download cannot be updated?
What products are you referring to? S2 line of products can’t be fully installed from the downloads. The full libraries can only be installed via DVDs (or thumb drive depending on library). So, S2 libraries can’t be updated if only the web download library is installed only full libraries can be updated.

Hey Scott, thanks for the reply!
I have the NY Studios collection (https://www.toontrack.com/product/new-york-studios-collection/). Only the default kit items load (the rest have red exclamation images).
Really curious, what’s the point of offering downloads? Looks like I have to repeat the process from square 1.
The Superior line downloads are offered to for users to start using the product, albeit limited, until the DVDs arrive. You can, of course, choose to not install the limited web download and wait until the DVDs ship.
