I purchased the Essential Pianos Bundle and the Complete EZMix Bundle from Musicians Friend. I only got the Grand Piano plugin and the EZMix2 bundle had none of the additional add ons that I paid for.
Musician Friend Support asked me to contact Toontrack to get the matter resolved and the support email response didn’t even address my situation. They just said I registered the Grand Piano.
But what about the rest of the software I was supposed to get? How do I get it? There are no FAQs telling you how to address this situation and there is no other way to contact Toontrack, except through email. Can someone give me some direction here?

A couple of things.
First, contacting Toontrack via email is the only way to take care of your issue. Tech Advisors can’t take care of order problems.
