Our order number is: 252390. I received Indiependent drum library and nothing else. I’m not sure where to post this, but here it is. Can someone check into this for me please.
It looks like all of your ordered products were automatically registered to your Toontrack account. Are you saying they are not in your account to download?
Nope, maybe I’ve made a mistake. I’ve only purchased Drum Libraries which have arrived in the mail. I assume because there’s a huge amount of sounds. Are the EZ Keys products all downloadable?
All Toontrack products are downloadable except the Superior Drummer libraries. Please, check your account and verify that your products are registered and awaiting you to download, install, and use.
