My authorization code is rejected, why? –
Im trying to make contact with someone at Toontrack about My products not being seen in MY Account
ticket No #(27518) has been sent BUT still no contact yet.
This is so poor for any company in todays market to have a SLOW Support team in the Pro Audio world

it looks like the problem is that you have not registered your new product yet. Go to https://www.toontrack.com/register-your-product/ and enter the serial number.

You have 2 accounts (a gmail account AND a googlemail account). Your products are registered to the ‘googlemail’ account.
BTW, techs here on this forum do not have access to support tickets. They are handled by dedicated Toontrack support personnel.
