hello, can you please remove all my old and inactive authorizations, I cannot work any more with superior drummer.

HELP HELP !!! I have been down without Superior drummer plug in
for 4 days now and this is my 3rd email and NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT.
I need to delete ALL the registered authorized computers on my account.
I have upgraded my computer and need to register my new one !!!! HELP HELP
