Hi NxFx,

the original post is very old. There are Marching type grooves in several MIDI packs from Toontrack.

Go to the Search Tab in EZdrummer 2, click the ‘Shop Web Shop MIDI’ button, then select ‘March’ in the Play Style column.

This should produce quite a long list of results.

Check out System Blue for modern drumline. They have a sample pack but maybe you could convert the samples to midi?

I know this is an older post but I’m looking for the same thing, and I haven’t been able to locate in any of the available EZDrummer or SD expansions. I want samples of actual marching percussion. A marching snare is not the same as a drum kit snare. I want samples of marching quad drums, marching tenor drums, marching snare, and marching bass drum – none of which sound like pieces in a drum kit. Have you sampled any DCI drum lines? I just want to know if you have any real marching percussion samples for EZDrummer or SD, and where I should look. Thanks!
