The recordings below are far from “commercial” quality but they kind of represent a timeline of drums sounds that were available to me in my early 20’s (1990’s) recording on a 4-track tape machine to the days of the DAW. Not having a drummer, or a band, I could only rely on a drum machine or drum tracks for my recordings. EZ & Superior Drummer changed everything. I’ve tried other drum software, but nothing else matches EZ/SD functionality, design quality, sound quality, and versatility. I used to be a gear head but technology has virtually eliminated the barriers to recording. Now it’s all about creating.
