What? I’m still looking for that “Get Started” button. This website is gay.Yell

why not simply, click “Log In”

then, “Create an Account” (if you don’t have one)
    then, “Register a Product”

It would seem that Guitar Center needs to update their process.
Sadly, they’ve got lots of other issues, not the least of all, in-store inventory and staffing.

    I did create an account.
    I was logged in.

Granted guitar center has their issues, but you act as if toontracks website was real helpful in the process. too funny…

Answer = “Register a Product”, or you can wait 24hrs for toontrack to maybe answer an email, or better yet come to their forums to get insulted. Why not “Simply” update GC? Why not “Simply” put a “Visible” link on your home page. Or is that just too “Simple?”Wink

sorry. i was not my intent to insult you.

    1. I do not work for Toontrack.
    2. I cannot update the homepage and I won’t debate the webdesign, I liked the old website better. but didn’t like separate logins for product registration & the forum.
If you follow the craft, many webdesigners always seems to want to hide stuff in menus and dropdowns (that are often frustrating to navigate). I don’t understand who they’re getting to test the usability.
    3. Who is to say that Toontrack hasn’t updated GC? I have 5 friends who work at the local GC and every one of them will tell you that no one has a clue what is going on with the company’s customer service & support.
